Mermide:The mermaid (the real one) is half woman half bird.It has a bird's body (usually from the coast) and a woman's body up.They use their divine song that attracts the sailors to the rocks, where they run aground and they take advantage of it to feed themselves.
Ninfa Marina:La ninfa marina es la popular imagen mitad pez mitad mujer que se da de las sirenas. Rodeaban el barco y con sus colas lo agitaban para intentar que algún marinero se cayese y poder comérselo.
Marine Nymph:The marine nymph is the popular image half fish half woman who gives of the mermide. They surrounded the ship and with their tails waved it to try that some sailor fell and to be able to eat it.
Ondina:Las ondinas son una variedad de ninfa de aguas dulces.Su formación transcurre en las mismas condiciones que las de cualquier ninfa pero, normalmente, son fuerzas elementales del agua las que dan vida al cuerpo femenino.
Undin:The undines are a variety of freshwater nymphs.Its formation takes place under the same conditions as any nymph but, normally, it is the elemental forces of water that give life to the female body.
Hipocampo:Un hipocampo es un híbrido con características de pez y de caballo.Físicamente tiene la cabeza, el torso y las patas superiores de caballo, aunque los cascos son sustituidos por aletas.La parte inferior es la de un gran pez, con una cola que puede alcanzar hasta 4 metros de largo.Su cuerpo está cubierto de escamas excepto la parte que es de caballo, que tiene pelo corto. Su color varía entre en el verde y el azul.
Hippocampus:A hippocampus is a hybrid with characteristics of fish and horse. Physically it has the head, the body and the upper legs of horse, although the helmets are replaced by fins.The lower part is that of a large fish, with a tail that can reach up to 4 meters long.His body is covered with scales except the part that is horse, which has short hair.Its color varies between green and blue.
Kraken:El kraken es un enorme monstruo submarino que se encuentra en océanos y aguas profundas.Su tamaño tan solo es comparable al de ciertos dragones rojos y dorados, siendo en muchos casos mayor al de éstos. Puede medir unos 90 metros de alto por término medio.Cuando se acerca a la superficie y permanece quieto se puede confundir con una isla.
Kraken: The kraken is a huge underwater monster found in oceans and deep waters. Its size is only comparable to that of certain red and gold dragons, being in many cases greater than these.It can measure about 90 meters high on average. When it approaches the surface and remains still, it can be confused with an island.
Leviatán: El leviatán es un ser monstruoso perteneciente a la mitología hebrea, mezcla entre una serpiente de mar y una ballena. Es un ser conocido desde la antigüedad. En la Biblia se leen descripciones del leviatán en distintos pasajes y representa a un enorme monstruo marino creado por Dios y que simboliza el mal. Se ha llegado a pensar que también puede tratarse de una especie de cocodrilo gigante ya que, en el libro de Job, el leviatán representa al cocodrilo al que hay que dar caza.

In the Bible, descriptions of the leviathan are read in different passages and represent a huge sea monster created by God and symbolizing evil. It has come to be thought that it can also be a kind of giant crocodile since, in the book of Job, the leviathan represents the crocodile to be hunted.
